When I contacted Whirlpool they were very good and replaced the item in the mail before 9am no Quibbles, which is a lot more than I could say for some other respected brands who try to blame the client before replacements are sent after many nights of argument.
So well done amazon for selling a great great item and a particular well done and because of Whirlpool for good customer service.
